Hello! I’m Julie Swanzy, I’ve been providing PA/EA and admin support for over 30 years. I’ve worked with sales, operational and support functions within the corporate world. I decided to set up my own virtual assistant business because I wanted to bring my experience and knowledge to small/medium-sized businesses. What’s more, I honestly believe I can make a real difference in your business and help you succeed!
My drive and passion are in providing exceptional service to the people I support. With my natural quizzical and probing nature, I’m always looking for ways to help make businesses and teams more effective. I take satisfaction in doing everything I can to exceed my client’s expectations and am known for my ‘can-do’ attitude to ensure that I consistently deliver. This results in my clients being more effective and productive.
With a great eye for detail, I love researching and creating engaging content. I also take great pride in making documents and presentations look professionally polished. In addition, I enjoy working with data and providing analysis as I believe that good business decisions should be founded on facts.
I’m a collaborative person who thrives on working with enthusiastic and motivated people. I am a straight talker, who likes to build solid relationships and form great working partnerships. It’s equally important to me that I have fun along the way – after all, work isn’t just about work, right?!
When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time with my fiancé, walking and taking wildlife photographs. To me, there’s nothing better than capturing a picture of a plant or animal that I’ve not seen before. I then turn my images into photo books, wall tiles and calendars. All of my clients receive a FREE wildlife calendar!
