I’m Julie Swanzy, and I’ve spent more than 30 years providing high‑quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders and fast‑moving teams in the corporate world. I set up Absolute Admin in 2021 to bring my expertise and knowledge to small and medium‑sized businesses that need reliable and proactive support.
For the last five years, my work has focused on clinical operations within biotech environments. This field demands accuracy, consistency, and accountability. I support teams working across complex clinical trial landscapes, including studies listed on publicly accessible registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov, a key resource for global trial transparency.
Detail and curiosity guide the way I work. I’m committed to helping teams work more effectively. Clients value my calm, can‑do approach and my ability to deliver work that is complete, clear, and ready for leadership review.
My strong eye for detail supports my passion for polished communication. I enjoy analyzing data and reporting, as well as creating high quality professional content. Using my logical approach, I also carry out QC reviews of CRO‑maintained eTMFs and identify issues related to completeness and quality. This work calls for consistency, and a deep respect for process.
Building strong relationships is central to how I work. I communicate openly and partner closely with motivated teams. I take my work seriously, but I also believe that enjoying the journey matters. A positive, supportive working relationship helps everyone perform at their best.

Personally
Outside of work, I spend time with my husband, walking and taking wildlife photographs. I love capturing plants or animals I’ve never seen before. I turn my images into photo books, wall tiles, and calendars, which gives me a creative outlet that keeps me inspired.
